Q4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you've ordered. We strive to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.
For customised goods, since they are crafted especially for you, please allow 3-4 weeks.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time will be provided for your reference.
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR.
Q5. Do you offer international shipping?

Our order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Joie Chau Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Q6. What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. All returns must be unused, with no signs of damage, and in their original packaging.
We will determine if the good is eligible for a full refund after we receive the goods. We do not refund shipping costs.
Return shipping within Hong Kong will be covered if you request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Customised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days after the order is delivered. All exchanges must be unused, with no signs of damage, and in their original packaging.
Customised goods take up to 10-14 business days, with possible delays during peak periods.
Please note that customised goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges requests for international orders.
We offer one-time exchange for same product.
Return shipping within Hong Kong will be covered if you request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your goods.

We are afraid that orders cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Please contact us at email: info@joiechau.art within 24 hours if you would like to change your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
